Dear friend:
If you are listening to this, it means that we have both survived.
Having fallen into the depths of the abyss I hardly have the strength to speak these words.
The panic, the anxiety, the anguish I felt are unparalleled with anything I have ever experienced.
I’m lucky to be alive, it’s true.
But what has really happened? My memories are hazy, uncertain.
They were difficult times and I know they have been for you too.
That is why it is so important that we keep those experiences in our memories.
This is the proof of our strength.
It is the document of our survival.
The descent into the whirlpool and the ascent to the surface.
In the future every time we fall we will ask ourselves:
«Do you remember the maelstrom?»
And now… Do you…?
